	Welcome to Hot Rods For Sale.com., a sub-site of DebronMarketing.com. By using our services you are agreeing to the following terms. If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQ section on the Site.
	1. Buying and Selling Vehicles or Merchandise
	Were are an Internet Classified Ad and Old Car Enthusiast Web Site that brings together buyers, sellers and hobbyists of Vehicles, Automobilia, Merchandise and Misc. Information about a particular vehicle, or item. The ad information is supplied by the seller and not by us. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. All sellers must have the ability to transfer title or ownership before posting ads on this site. This means we do not allow brokers or third party advertisers to post ads online, without written consent from the owners of the vehicle or merchandise and the ability to transfer title or ownership of the item being listed. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove ads at any time from any sellers, dealers or brokers that we feel are not meeting the terms and conditions in this user terms and agreement. The prices listed by sellers on this site often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, compliance fees, and other related charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle or item. Though we hope that all who come to our site will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we cannot verify the information sellers supply or guarantee the vehicle or item they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a vehicle or item that the payment he/she gets from the buyer is valid. When you offer a vehicle or item for sale through this site, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle or item at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. To list a vehicle or item for sale on this site, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle or item listed for sale on this site, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. We reserve the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate. We cannot monitor all the listings posted to our website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using this site you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy this site. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. By submitting a listing through our service, you agree to pay the fees specified for the listing package you select, regardless of whether your vehicle or item sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your listing package and inputting your listing information; listing fees are generally not refundable. A classified ad consists of one ad for one vehicle.  Standard Ad will run for 6 months and include up to 4 photos. Deluxe Ad will run for 12 months and include up to 8 photos.  Advanced Ad will run for 24 months and include up to 12 photos unless video ad option has been selected, then 11 photos plus the video ad.   We may extend this time frame at our discretion. Each photo ad may contain photos 500 pixels by 375 pixels.  Hot Rods For Sale.com may retain ads and photos of sold vehicles to be used as comparable ads.  All photos and graphics become the property of this site.  We reserve the right to publish ads on other websites.
	2. Links to Other Sites For your convenience, we make available a variety of links to other websites that we don't operate where you can obtain related products and services. We cannot guarantee the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or services provided by these vendors. This site is not responsible for the products or services these vendors provide. You release this site and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services. For your convenience, we make available links to websites operated by Merchants that list their vehicles, merchandise and/or services on our website. We are not responsible for any of the content or information that appears on these sites.
	3. Ownership and Permissions This site is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. The materials on this site are the property of this site, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws and other copyright laws. Except as explicitly provided in this agreement, you may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on this site. You may display and occasionally print a single copy of any page on the site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reproduce any material appearing on this site without the prior written consent from Debron Marketing.com. You may not store any significant portion of, nor distribute copies of, materials found on this site, in any form (including electronic form), without prior written permission from this site. 	8. Miscellaneous No spamming or data scrapping. We want users of this site to feel free to share their email addresses with those listing vehicles or merchandise for sale on our site. By listing a vehicle or item for sale on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential sale of that vehicle or item. By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of this site, or the vehicle or items they've listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed vehicle or item. By Registering and/or using this website, you consent to terms and conditions of this site.
	9. SPAM - Scams - Porno - Discrimination - Monitoring This site does not allow SPAM to be generated to sellers using this site for any reason including promotion of other websites. This site allows no emails to run a SCAM to defraud buyers or sellers using this site. This site allows no type of porno or discrimination (language or photos) from buyers, sellers or visitors using this site. Any intercepted attempts can result in banning from this site, deleting of ads and notification to authorities if warranted. Any violation determination will be made solely by the publisher of this site.
	10. EMAIL MONITORING Sellers and email senders agree to this site monitoring, reviewing and approving emails generated from this website.
	11. Credit Card Transactions are With 2Checkout or PayPal. 2Checkout.com is an authorized reseller of goods and services provided by this site. Your credit card information can not be compromised on this site. This site never has access to any of your credit card information. When your purchase is made you are taken directly to the resellers secure servers to transmit all online credit card transactions in an encrypted format. Only the reseller receives your data. Once the transaction has cleared you are returned to this site. No credit card information can be compromised on this site because there isn't any!
	12. Refund Policy Ads are posted on line immediately.  Many site visitors receive email alerts when new listings are placed matching the requirements they desire.  This generates immediate sales in some instances.  Due to the quick sale wanted by the seller we are forced to restrict our refund policy to the first 24 hour period the ad is placed and then becomes final and are non-refundable. Ads fraudulently placed with stolen credit cards will be refunded with proper request from the credit card issuer.
